Beachcomber is open for Business~!

The new Beachcomber welcomed its first guests this past week to wonderful weather and minimal interruption from "punch list" items. The managers (Dale & Amanda) purposefully only took a few reservations thease first few weeks to allow them the flexibility to move folks if there were any issues with their reserved unit. They did have guests booked in a 2BR that got to stay in a 4BR as a result! Bookings at Beachcomber are very encouraging. Individual unit photos starting going up on the Beachcomber page today at www.grandcaymanvillas.net/gcmcondos/beachcomber.htm .

With the Meridian and Coralstone Club on the same stretch of perfect 7 Mile beach-- these three high end condos provide much more room, privacy and value to vacationing family or friends than renting multiple hotel rooms just 300 yds up the beach at the Ritz and Westin Hotels.

Beachcomber preparing for Opening Day!

Blogs are a much more effective and easily updated means of keeping those folks looking for oceanfront villas on Grand Cayman aware of recent changes and updates--

The new Beachcomber on 7MB is near completion. Furniture s being moved in (starting Feb 1) and finishing touches are being completed so that the owners can move in with decorating in Mid March.

Beachcomber, Coralstone and Meridian are on the best part of 7 Mile Beach and are right across the street from the grocery store and many restaurants. You really don't need to rent a car for a stay at one of these great oceanfront condos. We only represent these three condos due to their reliable service, great management and commitment to excellence.

Winter/Spring reservations have been surprisingly brisk this year (despite the USA economy). We have to assume that the people who visit the islands and stay at these upper-end properties are not as affected by economic swings. Some of the larger hotels (catering to corporate events) have felt the corporate pullback from the USA (Ritz & Westin). www.grandcaymanvillas.net
